Renard is an AI lifestyle companion built around a calendar and a freeform canvas. It is named after the fox in The Little Prince, the one who explains what it means to be tamed. It is built to help you spend your time on what truly matters, not to help you fit more in.

What Renard does

A calendar that records what actually happened. Not just what you planned. You can start, pause and resume an event, so the hours in your week are the real ones.
Freeform canvas spaces. An infinite canvas for a project or a whole life — notes, images, links and events laid out however you think, instead of a rigid grid.
A companion that remembers. You tell it what you value, and it keeps that context. Conversations build on each other rather than starting from zero.
A weekly letter. Once a week Renard writes to you about where your time actually went, and whether that matched what you said mattered.
Memos and time analytics. Quick notes, and a picture of your week you can actually read.

How it differs from a productivity calendar

Most calendars answer what and when. Renard answers why and so what. A productivity calendar measures success by how much you got through. Renard measures it by whether your week looked like the life you said you wanted. That makes it a poor fit for people who want to pack more in, and a good fit for people who already have enough tools telling them to hurry.

Where Renard runs

Renard runs in any modern browser at getrenard.com and installs as a progressive web app. There is an Android app. There is no native iOS app yet — on iPhone you use it through the browser. The interface is available in English and Chinese.

What Renard deliberately does not do

It does not auto-schedule your tasks or reshuffle your day for you. If you want software to own your schedule, tools like Motion and Reclaim are built for that and do it better.
It has no streaks, badges, points or levels. Those are designed to pull you back; Renard is not trying to maximise the time you spend in it.
It is not a team or work calendar. It is for your own life, not your shared work log.
It will not push you to do more. If anything it will help you take things out.
